Mechanical Supervisor for a data center project
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting new data center construction project in Vihti, Finland.
What are the main responsibilities?
The role involves managing site safety, QA processes, the project schedule, and daily operations, including sub-contractors and costs such as materials, labor, and equipment. Responsibilities include finalizing project deliverables, preparing weekly plans and progress reports, attending meetings, tracking material deliveries, maintaining detailed records, and addressing issues as needed. Additional tasks may arise based on project requirements.
What do we expect from you?
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering specialized in HVAC, a Master’s degree with 70 ECTS in HVAC studies, and several years of experience in supervising and managing large construction projects, including Plumbing and HVAC installations. You should have strong computer skills, a trade background, and meet local compliance criteria. Good communication skills in English are required, and Finnish language skills are a plus.
