Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our global Marketing team. In this role, you will be generating brand awareness and driving demand and growth for Cadmatic’s design and engineering software solutions. You will plan, design, and execute marketing programs that not only increase new customer pipeline and sales but also expand and retains existing customer revenue. Working closely with our Solution Unit, global marketing team, and local commercial organizations, you will ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and corporate branding. You will be reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer Toni Renberg, and you are located to Turku or Tampere, Finland. 

About the role: 

Your main responsibilities will include conducting market and customer research to gather insights planning and creating marketing content tailored to different stages of the customer journey, and developing integrated marketing campaigns to reach our customers and prospects. You will also be responsible for creating and updating marketing content such as our product pages, videos, webinars, podcasts, whitepapers and social media posts. Additionally, you will execute marketing campaigns across various channels, monitor their performance, and report on their effectiveness. Hosting podcasts or securing guests for webinars and podcasts and hosting events to generate new sales opportunities and deepen customer relationships could also be part of your role.

You will work closely with the Solution Unit, which focuses on developing and delivering our cutting-edge software solutions, as well as with local commercial organizations to ensure our marketing strategies are effectively implemented across different regions. You are located to our either our office in Turku or Tampere, but we are strongly believers of hybrid work model so you can flexibly juggle between your home office and our office. 

What we expect from you:

  • Proven ability to create content and communicate in English
  • BSc Degree in international marketing, digital marketing or product marketing
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing B2B software solutions
  • Proven track record in creating strategic marketing plans
  • Expertise in creating product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates us from competition
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Knowledge of the marine or process industry market is an advantage
  • Sales experience is an advantage
