Senior HR Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our global People and Site team. In addition to you, we are currently 5 engaged professionals with different expertise areas. In this role, together with the team, you will drive profitable growth of the company through providing people data and supporting talent journeys. You will be reporting to Anna, Chief People Officer. 

You’ll be a key player in developing our people operations globally to ensure smooth employee lifecycles for our employees, Cadmaticans. Your international HR experience will benefit our organization across different countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. You’ll also manage our global onboarding and offboarding processes and oversee health and safety processes.   You’ll be based in our Groningen office in the Netherlands with approximately 50 local colleagues. In this role, you will also ensure country-specific and local day to day people operations including payroll coordination and employments in the Netherlands as well as other countries to be specified together with you.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Experience of fast paced international setting 
• Experience on payroll coordination and salary processes 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in English
