Located in the Kultakala neighborhood, Goldfish is, in our opinion, the perfect bar. Its in the heart of everything, yet just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle. The basement-level windows offer a view outside, but inside the dimly lit space, everything happens almost in secret. Soft couches invite you to lose yourself in conversation, and since we also serve food, theres no rush to move on. Goldfish is a full-service bar. We know how to make fantastic cocktails and create exciting, new flavor combinations, but at the same time, you can grab a Guinness from the tap. The champagne is always chilled, and if theres a wine we dont have in stock, we can quickly fetch it from The Grands cellar.
We make all our cocktails by hand using fresh ingredients, and we infuse our drinks with flavors from real berries, herbs, fruits, and vegetables.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A hospitality professional with diverse experience in both cocktail bars and restaurants. You have a passion, vision, and eagerness to create new things. You possess a warm service attitude and aim to exceed our guests expectations. You know how to listen to customer requests and help them choose their drinks using your extensive knowledge of beverages. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential for the varied role of Bartender.
WHAT WE OFFER
A position in the top-notch team at the Korkeavuorenkatu restaurant complex, working under the Restaurant Manager. Stylish and functional facilities to bring your visions to life. As a bartender, youll contribute to building seasonal cocktail menus, utilizing the best ingredients available. We aim to bring international influences into our operations and products, and we encourage continuous self-development. Working hours are primarily evenings and weekends.
