Wilderness guide – snowmobile safari guide

Husky Co. is one of the most known outdoor activity companies in the Inari region.
For the season 2024/2025 we are looking for energetic people to join our international team.
The job would start in November (we are flexible) and countinue until end of March.
We will appreciate an outgoing person with a teamwork attitude and customer service skills.

The main duties as a snowmobile guide:
-Guiding our customers on the snowmobile tours during the day and in the evening;
-Guiding the customer on the Northern Lights tours with the mini-van, or snowmobiles;
-Managing the smaller and bigger groups of customers;
-Providing the knowledge about the area to our customers;
-Sometimes transfering customers in Saariselkä area;
-Daily care of the snowmobiles – cleaning from the snow, ice, refueling etc.

We require:
-Fluent in written and spoken English. Finnish and other languages are considered an advantage;
-Experience of working as a guide is considered an advantage;
-A good attitude and customer service skills;
-Ability to work independently and in the team, as some tours are done together with other guides, and some alone;
-Valid B driving licence;
-Knowledge of the area and business is considered an advantage.

We have accommodation for our staff for a resonable price.
