Alimetrics Research Oy is a 20-year-old Finnish contract research company providing services for the industry and academia worldwide. From 2022 onwards Alimetrics Research has been part of Associated British Foods. We employ 17 specialists, and our core scientific expertise is in the exploration and monitoring of gastrointestinal health indicators for animals.

Currently our most important client category is companies developing health-promoting feed ingredients for production animals. In our typical assignments we screen for novel products with our proprietary laboratory models, study the modes of action of products, explore microbiological and immunological parameters connected to health, and help our clients to apply scientific information to their product development and marketing.
