H\u00e4n ty\u00f6sti yrityksen webbi-palvelua ja asiakkaille tarjottavia sovelluksia osana silloista tiimi\u00e4. Ylioppilaskirjoitusten j\u00e4lkeen Juuso p\u00e4\u00e4si suoraan Polille opiskelemaan tuotantotaloutta. Eri vaiheiden kautta h\u00e4n on p\u00e4\u00e4tynyt auttamaan kansainv\u00e4listen teollisuusfirmojen ylint\u00e4 johtoa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Milloin olit t\u00f6iss\u00e4 meill\u00e4 ja millaista ohjelmoinnin ty\u00f6kokemusta sait?<\/h2>\n<p>2000-luvun taitteessa hienoimmat ty\u00f6paikat olivat pieniss\u00e4 ohjelmistoyrityksiss\u00e4, melkein kuten nytkin. Muutaman 15-vuotiaana hankitun hanttihommakokemuksen kautta p\u00e4\u00e4tin, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 pit\u00e4\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4. Vanhempien yst\u00e4vien malli ohjelmointihommista ja yleinen hype mediassa antoi selke\u00e4n vastauksen: i\u00e4st\u00e4 huolimatta aina voi p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 ohjelmoimaan.<\/p>\n<p>Nuoruuden sokaisemalla itseluottamuksella sitten p\u00e4\u00e4dyinkin osa-aika pestiin Lauralle. Muistan viel\u00e4, kun (entinen) toimitusjohtaja Hannu antoi ensimm\u00e4isen teht\u00e4v\u00e4n. Perusasiat ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4st\u00e4 tuli opittua: myynti, asiakassuhteiden hallinta, ty\u00f6n suunnittelu, sek\u00e4 liuta teknisi\u00e4 kykyj\u00e4 ohjelmointiin liittyen.<\/p>\n<h2>Miten kuvaisit meit\u00e4 ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n\u00e4?<\/h2>\n<p>Vietin usein iltani Laura Rekrytointi Oy:ss\u00e4 koulun j\u00e4lkeen. Koin ty\u00f6n omakseni, mist\u00e4 voin kiitt\u00e4\u00e4 j\u00e4lkeenp\u00e4in v\u00e4h\u00e4n itse\u00e4nikin kummastuttavaa vastuuta, jota sain kantaa. Ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oli visiota, ja joustavuus oli pelin henki, ei poikkeus. Tein ty\u00f6t\u00e4 silloin kun ehdin (tai silloin kun tarvitsi), mik\u00e4 onkin ollut hyv\u00e4 oppi loppuel\u00e4m\u00e4lle.<\/p>\n<h2>Miten urasi on kehittynyt meill\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentelyn j\u00e4lkeen?<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen p\u00e4\u00e4dyin IT-konsultointiin, sielt\u00e4 private equity-firmaan, lobbaukseen, ja lopulta liikkeenjohdon konsultointiin. Viimeiset nelj\u00e4 vuotta on mennyt suurten kansainv\u00e4listen yritysten, erityisesti teollisuuslaite- ja kaivos-yritysten, auttamisessa ja tarvittaessa pelastamisessakin. Maita ja mantereita on tullut koluttua: Afrikka, Keski-Aasia, Kiina. Ty\u00f6paikka on ollut milloin kaivos, tehdas, konttori tai \u00f6ljynjalostamo.<\/p>\n<h2>Miten ty\u00f6nantajat ovat noteeranneet kokemuksesi?<\/h2>\n<p>Seuraavat kaksi ty\u00f6paikkaani Laura Rekrytointi Oy:n j\u00e4lkeen uskon saaneeni pitk\u00e4lti t\u00e4m\u00e4n kokemuksen turvin. Harvalla muulla 21-vuotiaalla oli kertoa samanlaisia tarinoita siit\u00e4, mit\u00e4 on tehnyt ja mit\u00e4 on saanut aikaan.<\/p>\n<p>Laura Rekrytointi Oy-ajoiltani sain mahtavan pohjan ongelmanratkaisuun ja asiakkaiden palvelemiseen.
