For our client were looking for a P2P IT Project Support Specialist.<\/p>\n
The P2P IT Project Support Specialist provides additional capacity to the existing P2P IT team during a period of high project activity and multiple concurrent go-lives.<\/p>\n
The role supports project delivery by coordinating and executing testing activities, investigating and resolving application and integration issues, managing project risks, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple IT workstreams, suppliers and business users. The position complements the existing team, which provides the business knowledge, application expertise, and historical project context.<\/p>\n
This role requires an experienced professional who can quickly become productive, work independently, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively drive assigned activities to completion.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:
\n\u00b7 Support multiple P2P-related projects, enhancements, and go-live activities.
\n\u00b7 Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing support.
\n\u00b7 Investigate application issues, process failures, data discrepancies, and integration errors, and drive resolution with relevant teams.
\n\u00b7 Analyze error logs, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
\n\u00b7 Follow up on open defects and ensure timely resolution before go-live.
\n\u00b7 Collaborate closely with other IT teams, application owners, developers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
\n\u00b7 Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential impacts, and proactively escalate when needed. \u00b7 Perform Finance master data maintenance activities, including data creation, updates, validation, issue resolution, and data quality monitoring.
\n\u00b7 Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities.
\n\u00b7 Ensure solutions comply with information security and data privacy requirements.<\/p>\n
Required experience and competencies:<\/p>\n
Functional and technical skills:
\n\u00b7 Experience working with enterprise applications and IT projects.
\n\u00b7 Understanding of Finance and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
\n\u00b7 Knowledge of Finance master data and experience with master data maintenance.
\n\u00b7 Experience of Basware, Infor LN and M3 would be an advantage.
\n\u00b7 Strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
\n\u00b7 Experience with testing, defect management, and issue resolution.
\n\u00b7 Ability to analyze application errors, integration failures, and data issues.
\n\u00b7 Understanding of project risk management.Personal capabilities:

\n\u00b7 Experience with e-invoicing mandates and compliance requirements.
\n\u00b7 Experience with invoice automation or P2P applications.
\n\u00b7 Understanding of RPA and automation technologies.
\n\u00b7 Experience working in multinational environments.
\n\u00b7 Exposure to IT Service Management processes.<\/p>\n
Seniority level: Experienced Specialist (Mid-level to Senior)
\nThis role is intended for an experienced professional who can independently manage support activities, contribute to projects, and act as a trusted partner to IT stakeholders. The role is particularly suited for a resource who can rapidly contribute during intensive project and go-live phases without requiring significant day-to-day guidance.<\/p>\n
