We value the ability to lead by example, support colleagues, and the desire to continuously improve our operations, along with a passion for food, wines, and music. A strong understanding of customer service, familiarity with industry key figures, administrative tasks, fluency in Finnish and English, and knowledge of HR are essential for success in this role.
