About the role<\/p>\n

As a Sales Executive, you will drive new business in the Finnish market, winning new customers and strengthening the position of Hypergene’s offering. Working from Hypergene’s established Helsinki office, you will collaborate with a local sales colleague and coordinate with specialized Nordic support teams to close complex deals.<\/p>\n

Work tasks<\/p>\n

In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle for Hypergene’s portfolio in Finland, focusing on mid-market and enterprise customers while building long-term value.
\n– Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
\n– Build a healthy and predictable pipeline through proactive outreach and inbound lead follow-up
\n– Engage and build trust with senior decision-makers, particularly within finance and CFO organizations
\n– Work with CRM and sales forecasting
\n– Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales teams across Sweden and Norway
\n– Contribute market insights to continuously refine the company’s go-to-market approach in Finland<\/p>\n

We are looking for<\/p>\n

– Proven track record in complex B2B sales and new business acquisition, with experience in managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders from prospecting to closing
\n– Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
\n– Fluency in Finnish and advanced proficiency in English
\n– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior corporate stakeholders<\/p>\n

It is meritorious if you have
\n– Good knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software or complex solution sales
\n– Familiarity with financial planning, reporting, risk or compliance platforms
\n– Knowledge of Swedish<\/p>\n
