**Were Hiring: Engineering Project Manager**<\/p>\n

Join Nanocomp as an **Engineering Project Manager** in Lehmo, Finland. We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional to support engineering projects and develop manufacturing processes for advanced micro- and nanostructured optical components.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, project, and sales teams, combining technical expertise with project coordination and customer collaboration. You will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative optical technologies and support the development of our engineering processes. **Apply by November 6, 2026.**<\/p>\n

**Responsibilities**<\/p>\n

– Develop and improve engineering processes related to microstructure fabrication, including laser lithography, electroforming tooling, and UV imprinting<\/p>\n

– Take responsibility for technical engineering details and provide support for internal and external projects<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with project teams and Project Managers on engineering-related activities<\/p>\n

– Participate in customer communication together with Sales and Project teams<\/p>\n

– Identify development opportunities, prepare proposals for internal engineering projects, and manage their implementation<\/p>\n

**Requirements**<\/p>\n

– M.Sc. in Engineering, Optics or a comparable degree in a relevant field<\/p>\n

– Experience in optics, lithography, nano- and microstructures or cleanroom processes<\/p>\n

– Proactive, systematic, and solution-oriented approach to work<\/p>\n

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

– Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams<\/p>\n

– Technology-, customer-, and goal-oriented mindset with the confidence to take initiative and drive projects forward<\/p>\n

– Fluent English, both spoken and written<\/p>\n

– Willingness to travel when required<\/p>\n

– Willingness to work on-site in the Joensuu area<\/p>\n

**Salary**<\/p>\n

The salary range for this position is **4000\u20134700 \u20ac per month for junior candidates** and **5300-6500 \u20ac per month for senior candidates**, depending on experience and qualifications.<\/p>\n
