**About the role**<\/p>\n

The Project Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of site activities, including logistics, accommodation, office management, and employee support. This is a highly operational role requiring continuous on-site presence, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.<\/p>\n

**What you will do**<\/p>\n

**Site Logistics & Daily Operations**<\/p>\n

– Coordinate daily vehicle usage, carpooling, and employee transportation.<\/p>\n

– Support HR with employee accommodation coordination and related practical matters.<\/p>\n

– Maintain and update employee rotation schedules.<\/p>\n

– Coordinate site food and refreshment arrangements.<\/p>\n

– Monitor purchase orders to ensure budget compliance.<\/p>\n

**Office, PPE & IT-Equipment Management**<\/p>\n

– Procure PPE, office supplies, and coordinate IT equipment needs.<\/p>\n

– Maintain accurate inventories (PPE, IT, office assets).<\/p>\n

– Ensure office spaces, storage rooms, and PPE areas are organized and functional.<\/p>\n

– Collect deliveries and manage incoming orders and mails.<\/p>\n

**Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Support**<\/p>\n

– Manage onboarding and offboarding processes on site.<\/p>\n

– Provide daily support to employees (practical assistance, coordination, document handling).<\/p>\n

**Administration & Coordination**<\/p>\n

– Manage administrative communication<\/p>\n

– Participate in HR coordination and weekly meetings<\/p>\n

– Distribute important updates to employees and subcontractors<\/p>\n

– Follow up on weekly reporting deadlines<\/p>\n

– Approve and track invoices in PowerOffice<\/p>\n
