About the role<\/p>\n

As an FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reporting, developing forecasts, and providing insights to help guide decision-making. You will also play a key role in improving financial processes and developing our systems to enhance transparency and efficiency.<\/p>\n

You will manage Group P&L processes at the system level. This requires a strong understanding of the business logic behind system inputs to ensure data accuracy. We highly value a resilient, hands-on attitude. Over time, your role offers the potential to expand into harmonizing SG&A costs across our eight business units.<\/p>\n

We place a strong emphasis on personal motivation and team fit. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, willing to own and develop their domain, and of course contribute positively to our team spirit. The ideal candidate will not only bring financial skills but also demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement and working closely with others to achieve success.<\/p>\n

Work tasks<\/p>\n

A versatile financial role balancing analytical process management, business partnering, and budgeting across multiple business units.
\n– Contribute to Management Reporting and conduct financial analysis in connection to month end closing and on ad-hoc basis
\n– Facilitate and contribute to monthly financial forecasting and annual planning processes
\n– Support the monthly closing processes as part of the Group Finance organization
\n– Take part in developing our processes, analysis methods, tools and systems to ensure transparency, efficiency and accuracy
\n– Collaborate with companys Business Units and Functions teams regarding all the above-mentioned topics<\/p>\n

We are looking for<\/p>\n

– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
\n– 3-5 years relevant work experience from e.g. FP&A, business or financial controlling, or other equivalent experience
\n– Strong analytical capabilities and financial acumen. Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights
\n– Keen interest in technology with a good understanding of how IT can be leveraged in a finance context to optimize processes and drive business outcomes
\n– Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish and\/or Swedish is an advantage<\/p>\n

It is meritorious if you have
\n– Good knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping principles
\n– Basic understanding of modern business technology systems such as HFM, Snowflake, or Tableau
\n– Good knowledge of Business Partnering and hands-on budgeting processes<\/p>\n
