We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our client in the media sector.<\/p>\n
Role Description:
\nThe client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and scoping of the automation of our GDPR Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process. The current process is largely manual and involves multiple teams, systems and data owners. The objective of the assignment is to deliver an approved and actionable plan for future automation, including a documented current-state and gap analysis, aligned Privacy requirements, a governance model and a phased roadmap for technical implementation. The aim is to implement technical automation of the GDPR process starting from next year.<\/p>\n
The DSAR process has an established process owner who owns the process and related business decisions. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the process owner and coordinate the initiative across Privacy, Legal, Data, Technology and relevant business stakeholders. Team size of 15-20 people.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u00b7 Lead the planning, coordination and overall delivery of the DSAR automation planning project
\n\u00b7 Define and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and timelines
\n\u00b7 Coordinate the mapping and documentation of the current DSAR process across relevant teams, systems and data sources
\n\u00b7 Coordinate the identification of process, compliance, governance and technical gaps together with the process owner and subject-matter experts
\n\u00b7 Identify and track open questions, risks, dependencies, blockers and required decisions
\n\u00b7 Support the process owner and privacy stakeholders in aligning and documenting privacy requirements and required risk decisions
\n\u00b7 Coordinate the definition of the future-state process, governance model, roles and responsibilities
\n\u00b7 Coordinate technical stakeholders in identifying automation opportunities, integration needs and technical dependencies
\n\u00b7 Ensure agreed business, process and privacy requirements are translated into a clear scope for future technical implementation
\n\u00b7 Develop a prioritised and phased roadmap for the technical automation build together with technical stakeholders
\n\u00b7 Prepare status reporting, recommendations and decision material for management<\/p>\n
Expected Deliverables:
\n\u00b7 Current-state process map and scope document
\n\u00b7 Gap analysis (process, compliance, governance, technical)
\n\u00b7 Documented Privacy requirements and risk decisions
\n\u00b7 Governance model with defined roles and responsibilities (e.g. RACI)
\n\u00b7 Prioritised, phased automation roadmap
\n\u00b7 Approved plan with agreed next steps for implementation<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n\u00b7 Strong experience leading complex cross-functional transformation, regulatory or technology projects
\n\u00b7 Strong project management skills
\n\u00b7 Previous experience and knowledge of GDPR, privacy programmes, DSAR\/DSR processes or other regulatory processes
\n\u00b7 Experience with process or workflow automation
\n\u00b7 Experience with enterprise data landscapes involving multiple systems and data owners
\n\u00b7 Proven ability to structure ambiguous and fragmented problem areas into clear scope, decisions and deliverables
\n\u00b7 Experience coordinating work across business and technical stakeholders
\n\u00b7 Experience with current-state assessments, gap analyses and roadmap development
\n\u00b7 Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
\n\u00b7 Experience managing project risks, dependencies and competing priorities
\n\u00b7 Ability to prepare clear management-level recommendations and decision material<\/p>\n
