**Flow Lapland Experiences Oy** is a Rovaniemi-based experience and activity service company offering high-quality, authentic, and personalized small-group tours. In our operations, we focus on high safety standards, genuine interactions, and unique nature experiences. We are now looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Wilderness & Nature Guide**to join our team and create unforgettable moments for our international guests.<\/p>\n

Your Versatile Responsibilities<\/p>\n

As a guide, you will be the most important link between the customer and Laplands unique nature. Your workday will mainly consist of the following tasks:<\/p>\n

– **Northern Lights Tours (Aurora Hunting):** Guiding groups and taking photography of the Northern Lights during evening and nighttime hours.<\/p>\n

– **Winter Activities & Day Trips:** Leading diverse nature excursions, such as trips to the iconic Korouoma ice falls area and wildlife park visits.<\/p>\n

– **Customer Service:** A warm, active, and attentive approach when interacting with guests from all over the world.<\/p>\n

– **Responsibility & Safety:** Ensuring group safety, overall well-being, and tour schedules in arctic conditions.<\/p>\n

What We Expect From You<\/p>\n

**Requirements:**<\/p>\n

– **Language Skills:** Excellent spoken English.<\/p>\n

– **Driver’s License:** A valid Category B driver’s license and strong confidence driving in challenging arctic winter conditions.<\/p>\n

– **Attitude:** A positive customer service mindset, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.<\/p>\n

– **Stress Tolerance:** Ability to act responsibly, calmly, and methodically, even in changing situations.<\/p>\n

**Considered an Advantage:**<\/p>\n

– Previous experience as a wilderness, nature, or activity guide.<\/p>\n

– Valid first aid certification (e.g., EA1 \/ EA2 \/ Wilderness First Aid).<\/p>\n

– Excellent photography skills (especially knowledge of Northern Lights and night photography).<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in languages other than English.<\/p>\n
