We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Executive Chef** to lead the kitchen of our Georgian restaurant.<\/p>\n

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of **Georgian cuisine and culinary traditions**, while also having the creativity to develop unique dishes using high-quality local ingredients.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

– Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations<\/p>\n

– Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the restaurants menu<\/p>\n

– Create unique and authentic Georgian dishes while respecting traditional cooking techniques<\/p>\n

– Develop new dishes using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients<\/p>\n

– Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, taste, and portion control<\/p>\n

– Manage food preparation, kitchen organization, and daily service<\/p>\n

– Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness<\/p>\n

– Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and minimize waste<\/p>\n

– Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members<\/p>\n

– Establish and maintain kitchen procedures and quality standards<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal specials, and culinary concepts<\/p>\n

– Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and professionally during busy service periods<\/p>\n

**Requirements**<\/p>\n

– **Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Georgian kitchen as an Executive Chef or in a senior chef position**<\/p>\n

– **Fluent Georgian language** \u2014 Georgian is the working language in the kitchen<\/p>\n

– Strong knowledge of traditional Georgian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques<\/p>\n

– Demonstrated ability to create unique menus while maintaining the authenticity of Georgian cuisine<\/p>\n

– Experience working with **local and seasonal ingredients**<\/p>\n

– Strong leadership and team-management skills<\/p>\n

– Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/p>\n

– High standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation<\/p>\n

– Passion for Georgian culinary culture and a creative approach to cooking<\/p>\n
