Were looking for someone who enjoys connecting with customers and wants to help bring AI into European manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 **Customer prospecting and research \u2014 10% of working hours:** Identify target companies, find decision-makers and research their business needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 **Customer outreach \u2014 50% of working hours:** Call prospective customers, understand their needs, follow up and book meetings. After training, the target is 20 calls per full working day, adjusted for scheduled meetings and events.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 **Meeting and demo preparation \u2014 20% of working hours:** Work with senior managers to prepare sales materials, presentations and relevant product demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 **Social media and website content \u2014 10% of working hours:** Draft posts and website updates for review.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 **Industrial events, training and CRM record \u2014 10% of working hours:** Attend events with senior colleagues, participate in training and record customer discussions and follow-up actions.<\/p>\n<p>Who you are<\/p>\n<p>You are a current student, thesis candidate or recent graduate in marketing, digital media, communications, sales, business development, market research, customer experience or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>You are **fluent in Finnish and English. Fluency in Swedish or another European language is an asset.** You have an interest in **computer science and AI**, communicate confidently and are willing to learn. Previous sales experience is welcome but not required.<\/p>\n<p>What we offer<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Product training, regular feedback and guidance from our senior team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Practical experience in technology sales, digital marketing and customer meetings.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 **Commission-based compensation with no fixed base salary**, subject to applicable employment and collective-agreement requirements.
