We have fully funded Doctoral Researcher (postgraduate student) positions open as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doctoral Researchers are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pursue a doctoral degree in one of the subjects of our doctoral programme and<\/li>\n<li>participate in teaching and other specified tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The persons selected for the positions are expected to:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have a Master&#039;s degree or equivalent from a university,<\/li>\n<li>present a research and study plan approved by a supervisor and<\/li>\n<li>have been accepted to pursue a doctoral degree in the Doctoral Programme in Administrative Sciences, Business Studies and Politics, before signing the employment contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful candidates are selected based on the level of scientific promise they show. This will be evaluated on the basis of their research and study plans as well as their track record in previous studies. Evidence of the progress of the doctoral dissertation and\/or scientific publishing is considered an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Priority will be given to applicants who have not received full-time funding for four years before the end of the application period.<\/p>\n<p>Before applying, the applicant must secure a supervisor for their doctoral thesis by communicating with the Unit that is closest to the subject area of their thesis.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that applicants for the Doctoral Researcher positions must apply separately to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuni.fi\/en\/tau\/doctoral-programmes\/doctoral-programme-administrative-sciences-business-studies-and-politics\" target=\"_blank\">Doctoral Programme in Administrative Science, Business Studies and Politics<\/a>, unless they have already been granted the right to pursue doctoral studies in that Programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The doctoral researcher positions will be filled for a fixed-term period beginning on January 1, 2027. The positions will be filled for 1\u20143 years, and the duration of the employment period depends on the research phase. A trial period (of six months) applies to all our new employees.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The salary will be based on both the job demands and the employee&#039;s personal performance in accordance with the University Salary System. The current starting salary for this position is \u20ac2774,69 per month. Tohtoriohjelmassa on avoinna v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjatutkijan rahoitettuja teht\u00e4vi\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teht\u00e4v\u00e4nkuvaus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4it\u00f6skirjatutkijan teht\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>suorittaa tohtorin tutkinto Tampereen yliopistossa hallintotieteiden, kauppatieteiden ja politiikan tutkimuksen tohtoriohjelmassa sek\u00e4<\/li>\n<li>osallistua lis\u00e4ksi opetustoimintaan ja muihin m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyihin teht\u00e4viin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Edellytykset<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n valittavalta edellyt\u00e4mme<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ylemp\u00e4\u00e4 korkeakoulututkintoa,<\/li>\n<li>ohjaajan hyv\u00e4ksym\u00e4\u00e4 opinto- ja tutkimussuunnitelmaa sek\u00e4<\/li>\n<li>ennen ty\u00f6suhteen alkamista my\u00f6nnetty\u00e4 jatko-opinto-oikeutta hallintotieteiden, kauppatieteiden ja politiikan tutkimuksen tohtoriohjelmaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Valinnan perusteena on hakijan tieteellinen lupaavuus, jota arvioidaan esitetyn tutkimus- ja opintosuunnitelman sek\u00e4 aiemmissa opinnoissa osoitetun menestyksen perusteella. N\u00e4yt\u00f6t v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjaty\u00f6n etenemisest\u00e4 ja\/tai tieteellisest\u00e4 julkaisemista ovat eduksi.<\/p>\n<p>Teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 t\u00e4ytett\u00e4ess\u00e4 otetaan huomioon my\u00f6s hakijan aiemmin p\u00e4\u00e4toimiseen v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjaty\u00f6skentelyyn saama rahoitus. Etusijalla ovat ne hakijat, jotka ennen hakuajan p\u00e4\u00e4ttymist\u00e4 eiv\u00e4t ole saaneet p\u00e4\u00e4toimista ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 mahdollistavaa rahoitusta nelj\u00e4\u00e4 vuotta.<\/p>\n<p>Hakijalla on ennen hakemuksen j\u00e4tt\u00e4mist\u00e4 oltava ohjaaja siit\u00e4 Tampereen yliopiston yksik\u00f6st\u00e4, jonka alaan v\u00e4it\u00f6skirja kuuluu.<\/p>\n<p>Tohtorikoulutettavan teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 hakevien tulee hakea erikseen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuni.fi\/fi\/tau\/tohtoriohjelmat\/hallintotieteiden-kauppatieteiden-ja-politiikan-tutkimuksen-tohtoriohjelma\" target=\"_blank\">hallintotieteiden, kauppatieteiden ja politiikan tutkimuksen tohtoriohjelmaan<\/a>, ellei heille ole jo my\u00f6nnetty oikeutta suorittaa tohtoriopintoja kyseisess\u00e4 ohjelmassa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarjoamme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teht\u00e4v\u00e4 t\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n 1.1.2027 alkaen ja m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4aikaisesti 1\u20143 vuoden ajalle. Ty\u00f6suhteen kesto m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ytyy v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjaty\u00f6n vaiheen perusteella. Teht\u00e4v\u00e4ss\u00e4 on ty\u00f6ehtosopimuksen mukainen kuuden kuukauden koeaika.<\/p>\n<p>Teht\u00e4v\u00e4n palkkaus m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ytyy yliopistojen opetus- ja tutkimushenkil\u00f6st\u00f6n palkkausj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n mukaisesti. T\u00e4m\u00e4nhetkinen v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjatutkijan aloituspalkka on 2774,69 euroa. Teht\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 saatu ansio kasvaa palkkausmallin mukaisesti v\u00e4it\u00f6skirjaty\u00f6n edetess\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Tarjoamme mahdollisuuden ty\u00f6skennell\u00e4 aktiivisessa ja innovatiivisessa ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6ss\u00e4.
