**Legal Counsel \/ Licensed Legal Counsel**<\/p>\n
We are looking for a lawyer with hands-on experience and a genuine interest in law, dispute resolution and litigation. You will handle client assignments independently and represent our clients in court. The role covers legal and strategic assessment of disputes, drafting litigation documents, negotiations, advising clients and managing assignments end to end.<\/p>\n
What we expect:<\/p>\n
– Master of Laws degree<\/p>\n
– At least two years of relevant work experience<\/p>\n
– Qualification as a licensed legal counsel (luvan saanut oikeudenk\u00e4yntiavustaja) or as an advocate (asianajaja)<\/p>\n
– Strong Finnish and fluent English<\/p>\n
– Good interpersonal and negotiation skills<\/p>\n
– Ability to take independent ownership of assignments and drive them forward<\/p>\n
We consider it an advantage if you have experience in contract and company law, intellectual property and data protection, Swedish language skills, a commercial mindset, and a positive attitude towards technology and modern tools as part of expert work.<\/p>\n

**Legal Assistant \/ Junior Legal Counsel**<\/p>\n
For the second role we are looking for a lawyer at the start of their career. You may be a recent Master of Laws graduate or a law student in the final stage of your studies. What matters most is that you can commit to full-time work. You will work closely with our more experienced lawyers and get involved in real client assignments from the start.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n
– Assisting our lawyers in litigation and other assignments<\/p>\n
– Legal research and background work<\/p>\n
– Preparing litigation and other legal matters<\/p>\n
– Preparing documents and case material<\/p>\n
– Organising and following up on assignments<\/p>\n
– Communicating with clients<\/p>\n
This is not a role where you stay in a supporting function. We want to offer you a clear path forward: as your skills develop, you will take on increasingly independent legal work and assignments of your own, and the compensation model follows that growing responsibility. Compensation: fixed base salary plus a bonus based on personal billing. The workplace is in K\u00e4rs\u00e4m\u00e4ki, Turku. Both roles are permanent and full-time, with a flexible hybrid working model. Start date as soon as we find the right person.<\/p>\n
