You will work closely with business stakeholders, service leaders,operations and pricing team to turn complex business challenges into clear insights.<\/p>\n<p>Work tasks<br \/>\n&#8211; Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations for frontline decision-making.<br \/>\n&#8211; Analyze financial, repair sales, operational, safety and customer-related data to identify trends, deviations, risks, and opportunities.<br \/>\n&#8211; Translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations for business leaders and frontline teams.<br \/>\n&#8211; Build structured datasets, data models, and reporting solutions<br \/>\n&#8211; Support performance management by improving KPI visibility, standardizing KPI definitions, and ensuring consistent reporting logic across the Nordics.<br \/>\n&#8211; Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, production systems, and financial platforms<br \/>\n&#8211; Analyze pricing, margins, order intake, backlog, revenue, cost, productivity, and resource utilization to support profitable growth.<br \/>\n&#8211; Challenge numbers constructively and investigate the root causes behind deviations, trends, or unexpected results.<br \/>\n&#8211; Explore and apply AI, advanced analytics, Copilot capabilities, and automation tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision quality.<br \/>\n&#8211; Develop automated reporting and recurring analysis solutions to reduce manual work and improve reliability.<br \/>\n&#8211; Use modern analytics tools, Power Platform capabilities, Python, SQL, and AI-assisted methods to experiment quickly and build practical data solutions.<br \/>\n&#8211; Combine and structure data from multiple systems and sources, such as ERP, CRM, finance, field operations, sales, service, and planning systems.<br \/>\n&#8211; Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Relevant academic background, for example in data analytics, finance, economics, information systems, computer science, or a similar field.<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience and strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, finance, reporting, or operational performance management.<br \/>\n&#8211; Practical experience with Power BI, Excel, and data handling.<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience with Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong foundation in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and modelling is a plus<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to build dashboards, structure datasets, analyze performance, and present clear insights.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge data and as why.<br \/>\n&#8211; Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain data-driven insights in a simple and structured way.<br \/>\n&#8211; Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluency in English.<br \/>\n&#8211; Curiosity and willingness to challenge existing ways of working.<br \/>\n&#8211; Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment process<\/p>\n<p>This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<\/p>\n<p>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
