You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust systems while driving efficiency through automation and optimization.<\/p>\n<p>Work tasks<\/p>\n<p>This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions, providing expert support, and driving continuous improvement within a functional domain.<br \/>\n&#8211; Manage functional changes from requirement analysis to solution design and documentation<br \/>\n&#8211; Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure high availability and performance<br \/>\n&#8211; Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support for complex incident handling<br \/>\n&#8211; Consult with architects and development teams to design and develop new functionality<br \/>\n&#8211; Drive domain improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and optimization<br \/>\n&#8211; Coordinate and communicate solution requirements effectively with stakeholders and suppliers<br \/>\n&#8211; Participate in the deployment of operational development projects and solutions<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks<br \/>\n&#8211; Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow<br \/>\n&#8211; Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement<br \/>\n&#8211; Professional communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management<br \/>\n&#8211; Basic understanding of core business processes<\/p>\n<p>Other information:<br \/>\n&#8211; Start: As soon as possible<br \/>\n&#8211; Employment period: Permanent contract with Academic Work<br \/>\n&#8211; Location: Helsinki<\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment process<\/p>\n<p>This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<\/p>\n<p>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
