You will become part of an international community that invests in long-term development and innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Work tasks<\/p>\n<p>The role includes operational project planning, team leadership, and close cooperation with international clients.<br \/>\n&#8211; You are responsible for the comprehensive execution of the project from order to handover.<br \/>\n&#8211; You prepare project budgets and schedules and monitor their realization.<br \/>\n&#8211; You act as the primary contact person between the customer and the company.<br \/>\n&#8211; You lead installation and commissioning activities.<br \/>\n&#8211; You manage risks and changes during the project lifecycle.<br \/>\n&#8211; You ensure the profitability of the project and monitor payment milestones.<br \/>\n&#8211; You collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A relevant technical university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management)<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong expertise in project management and budgeting (min. 3 years)<br \/>\n&#8211; Fluent written and spoken English<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent negotiation and communication skills<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to work independently and flexibly under pressure<\/p>\n<p>It is considered an advantage if you have<br \/>\n&#8211; Previous experience in international technology business<br \/>\n&#8211; Understanding of matrix organizations and project accounting<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in the role, you are:<br \/>\n&#8211; Supportive<br \/>\n&#8211; Resilient to stress<br \/>\n&#8211; Goal-oriented<br \/>\n&#8211; Responsible<\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment process<br \/>\nThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<\/p>\n<p>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
