**What you’ll do**<\/p>\n

As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.<\/p>\n

Your day-to-day work may include:<\/p>\n

– Collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions<\/p>\n

– Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems<\/p>\n

– Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code<\/p>\n

– Participating in architecture discussions and technical decision-making<\/p>\n

– Creating and executing test strategies to ensure software quality<\/p>\n

– Reviewing code and sharing knowledge within development teams<\/p>\n

– Documenting solutions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives<\/p>\n

**What we expect from you**<\/p>\n

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, solid experience, and a pragmatic approach to software development.<\/p>\n

– 10+ years of experience in software development or related fields<\/p>\n

– Relevant higher education in computer science, engineering, or a similar field<\/p>\n

– Experience designing and building modern software solutions<\/p>\n

– Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices<\/p>\n

– Experience with version control, CI\/CD, and modern development workflows<\/p>\n

– Experience with testing and quality assurance practices<\/p>\n

– Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment<\/p>\n

Wage:<\/span>Other Commission-based salary 51 % of invoiced work with a minimum guarantee of 3000 \u20ac\/month. Usually 6000 – 8000 \u20ac\/month<\/span><\/div>\n

Notes for applying:<\/span>It begins with an informal conversation, either over coffee at our office or virtually, where we can get to know each other and discuss your background, interests, and career goals. Together, we’ll review your expertise, technical skills, and experience to identify the types of projects that best match your strengths and ambitions.<\/p>\n

Once we have a clear picture of your profile, we’ll start looking for suitable client opportunities. When we find a promising match, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the client and discuss the project in more detail. If both you and the client decide to move forward, we’ll finalise the employment agreement and begin the onboarding process, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful start in your new role.<\/p>\n
