TopFormula offers a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other dietary supplements at competitive prices.<\/p>\n<p>The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 250 million and is currently in an expansion phase, with major investments in production, automation and new production flows.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to help develop quality work in a growing company within the vitamins and dietary supplements industry? TopFormula Healthcare is on an exciting growth journey, with major investments in production, new processes and increased capacity. The company is now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to help drive quality work forward together with the organisation. This is a central role for someone who wants to combine quality assurance with development, continuous improvement and significant influence in a growing organisation.<\/p>\n<p>TopFormula Healthcare AB is a leading manufacturer of vitamins and dietary supplements. The company produces its own TopFormula brand, sold through e-commerce, as well as high-quality products for other brands across several segments in the Nordic countries and parts of Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The quality-certified production facility is located in Gamleby and currently employs approximately 49 people. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 250 million and is in an expansion phase, with major investments in production, automation and new production flows.<\/p>\n<p>**The role**<\/p>\n<p>As Quality Manager at TopFormula Healthcare, you will have overall responsibility for the company&#8217;s quality work, ensuring that products, processes and procedures meet high standards in accordance with FSSC 22000 and other relevant regulations and certifications.<\/p>\n<p>The role combines operational quality assurance with the development and continuous improvement of the quality function. TopFormula Healthcare already has an established quality management system and is also facing continued development in response to new investments, increasing customer requirements and changing industry standards.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with production, engineering, development and management, and become an important part of the company&#8217;s continued growth journey. You will report to the CEO and be a member of the management team.<\/p>\n<p>**Key responsibilities**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Develop and maintain the quality management system<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and other relevant requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Develop and implement CAPA plans<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Carry out risk, hazard and supplier assessments<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Be responsible for quality-related documentation and process reviews<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Conduct training and support the organisation on quality-related matters<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Work closely with production to develop and improve quality work in day-to-day operations<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Over time, there will be an opportunity to help build and develop a larger quality team as the company continues to expand.<\/p>\n<p>**About you**<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for you with:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Good understanding of processes, documentation and quality requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Fluent spoken and written Swedish or English<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Relevant university degree or equivalent experience within quality<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience from the food, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in quality work and a willingness to familiarise yourself with the organisation&#8217;s regulations and processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience with certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP or similar standards, as well as experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement, is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are motivated by creating structure, driving improvements and engaging people in change. The role involves many points of contact across the organisation, so it is important that you are attentive, communicative and enjoy working closely with both production and management.
