You will be part of a top professional team developing customized electrification solutions for high-end projects. This role involves close collaboration with global engineering teams and production to ensure high-quality, reliable, and cost-competitive designs.<\/p>\n

Work tasks<\/p>\n

The role focuses on the electrification design of specialized customer-specific projects, involving technical documentation, component selection, and cross-functional collaboration within a global supply line.
\n– Design electrifications and control cabinets
\n– Create comprehensive technical documentation, including part lists and drawings
\n– Develop customized solutions for buildings and marine projects
\n– Collaborate with production and customer service operations
\n– Coordinate with international engineering teams to ensure project success
\n– Modify delivery-specific designs based on existing reference libraries
\n– Evaluate material choices and circuit diagrams for specific customer needs<\/p>\n

We are looking for<\/p>\n

– Basic knowledge of CAD tools
\n– Understanding of manufacturing processes and methods
\n– Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Finnish
\n– Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
\n– Knowledge of electrical components, cables, and protection classes<\/p>\n

It is meritorious if you have
\n– Technical background in electrification engineering
\n– Experience with Vertex or Eplan software
\n– Basic software or mechanical engineering knowledge
\n– Experience in customer-facing technical roles or sales coordination<\/p>\n

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

\n– Good problem solving skills, ability to make logical and fact based decisions
\n– Good communication skills, with customer service mindset
