We are looking for a strong hospitality professional who can take genuine ownership of the resort, lead the team and ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; As Resort Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operation and continued development of Sonka Resort.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lead the resort operation and team, including reception, housekeeping, maintenance and daily priorities<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Own the guest experience and quality standards, from booking and arrival through to departure<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Oversee the commercial and digital side of the resort, including booking systems, availability, rates and guest-facing information<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Maintain and develop the property and its presentation, including inspections, maintenance follow-up, photography and content<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Work closely with Arctic GM management and operational teams to improve routines, solve issues and support the continued growth of Sonka Resort<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone with proven operational management experience within hotels, resorts or hospitality.
