**IT TECHNICIAN \u2013 Data Center Environment**<\/p>\n

We are looking for an **IT Support Technician** to join our team responsible for maintaining our companys critical server infrastructure. In this role, you will work in a meaningful position as part of a stable and secure data center environment, where technical expertise, teamwork, and continuous development are truly valued.<\/p>\n

**In this role, you will:**<\/p>\n

– Provide technical support for our Dedicated Root Server customers worldwide<\/p>\n

– Analyze and resolve fault and incident situations<\/p>\n

– Build and maintain new IT infrastructure in our modern data centers<\/p>\n

– Work as part of a communal and fair team, where mutual support is a priority<\/p>\n

**We expect you to have:**<\/p>\n

– Strong Linux skills and command line proficiency<\/p>\n

– Understanding of computer components and their functionality<\/p>\n

– Knowhow for fiber-optic cabling<\/p>\n

– An analytical mindset and structured way of working<\/p>\n

– Ability to adapt and perform under pressure<\/p>\n

– Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

– Fluent English skills (spoken and written)<\/p>\n

– Willingness to work in a three-shift system \u2013 our services operate 24\/7<\/p>\n
