At Pazzo, we aim to give our guests a break from everyday life, offering a small window into the culinary cultures of Italy and France. We prepare all our food from scratch, with respect for quality ingredients, a passion for the craft, and a keen attention to detail. Our inspiration comes from the small bistros of Paris and the simple trattorias of Tuscany.<\/p>\n

Tasks:<\/p>\n

– Preparation and production of dishes from our \u00e0 la carte menu<\/p>\n

– Ensure high quality in taste and presentation<\/p>\n

– Work efficiently during service<\/p>\n

– Maintain cleanliness and structure in the kitchen<\/p>\n

– Contribute to a positive working environment<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

– Experience working in a restaurant or \u00e0 la carte kitchen<\/p>\n

– Good cooking skills<\/p>\n

– Experience with pasta and pizza is an advantage<\/p>\n

– Fluent English<\/p>\n

Personal characteristics:<\/p>\n

– Passionate about food<\/p>\n

– Structured and reliable<\/p>\n

– Able to work under pressure<\/p>\n

– Team-oriented<\/p>\n

– Flexible<\/p>\n
