We are now looking for a Data Platform &#038; Analytics Developer to strengthen our internal capabilities in data, analytics, and Azure-based solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across data engineering, business intelligence, and application development within Microsoft&#8217;s technology ecosystem. This is a group-level role that works across all business units and functions, requiring close collaboration and engagement throughout the organization.<\/p>\n<p>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/p>\n<p>As a Data Platform &#038; Analytics Developer, you will play a key role in the development of OSTP&#8217;s data platform and reporting solutions. You will work across the entire data value chain, from data ingestion and transformation to reporting, analytics, and digital solutions that create business value.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p> * Developing and maintaining data flows from Dynamics 365, Excel, and other business systems into our Data Platform.<\/p>\n<p> * Creating and enhancing Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.<\/p>\n<p> * Designing and maintaining semantic models to ensure reliable and consistent business reporting.<\/p>\n<p> * Working with Azure-based applications, integrations, and automation solutions.<\/p>\n<p> * Contributing to the development of our Data Platform, Reporting Framework, and Azure Governance practices.<\/p>\n<p> * Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, value-adding solutions.<\/p>\n<p>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for business improvement. You enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and turning data into insights that support better decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>We believe you have experience with:<\/p>\n<p> * Microsoft Power BI<\/p>\n<p> * Data modeling and semantic models<\/p>\n<p> * DAX, Power Query, and SQL<\/p>\n<p> * Data engineering and data transformation<\/p>\n<p> * Microsoft Azure<\/p>\n<p> * Programming, preferably in Python and\/or C#\/.NET<\/p>\n<p>Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage:<\/p>\n<p> * Microsoft Fabric<\/p>\n<p> * Dynamics 365<\/p>\n<p> * Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or similar technologies<\/p>\n<p> * API development and system integrations<\/p>\n<p> * Manufacturing or ERP environments<\/p>\n<p>AS A PERSON<\/p>\n<p>You are:<\/p>\n<p> * Self-driven and proactive<\/p>\n<p> * Analytical and solution-oriented<\/p>\n<p> * Structured and quality-focused<\/p>\n<p> * Curious about new technologies and continuous learning<\/p>\n<p> * A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others<\/p>\n<p>WHY OSTP?<\/p>\n<p>At OSTP, you will have the opportunity to work in an international organization where digitalization and data-driven development are high on the agenda.
