We are building a modern AI-focused Data Center in Finland designed for high-density GPU computing. Our infrastructure is being built from the ground up, giving you the opportunity to influence every aspect of the network architecture instead of maintaining legacy systems.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Network &#038; Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys designing, building and operating reliable infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>**What you will do**<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for designing, implementing and operating the entire network infrastructure of the data center.<\/p>\n<p>This role combines architecture, implementation and day-to-day technical ownership.<\/p>\n<p>**Network Architecture**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design the complete data center network from the ground up.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Develop scalable and resilient network architecture.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design physical fibre topology.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design IP addressing strategy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design VLAN and VRF structure.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design rack connectivity standards.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Produce and maintain network documentation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Plan future expansion of the infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>**External Connectivity**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design and maintain multi-ISP connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Configure and operate BGP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Design Internet redundancy and failover.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Coordinate network connectivity with providers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Plan future interconnection between multiple data center locations.<\/p>\n<p>**Internal Network**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Deploy and maintain switches, routers and firewalls.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Build management and out-of-band networks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Maintain network security.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Troubleshoot complex networking issues.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Support high-speed Ethernet environments (25G \/ 100G \/ 400G).<\/p>\n<p>**Monitoring &#038; Automation**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Build network monitoring and alerting.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Integrate infrastructure into monitoring platforms.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Automate repetitive operational tasks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Maintain accurate documentation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Improve operational reliability.<\/p>\n<p>**Infrastructure Integration**<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with electrical and mechanical contractors to integrate infrastructure into a unified monitoring platform.<\/p>\n<p>Examples include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; UPS<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Generators<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cooling systems<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Water pumps<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fire detection systems<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Environmental monitoring<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Building Management System (BMS)<\/p>\n<p>Experience with Modbus, BACnet or similar industrial protocols is an advantage but **not required**.<\/p>\n<p>**Required Skills**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong networking knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience designing and deploying enterprise or data center networks.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cisco, Juniper, Arista or similar platforms.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; TCP\/IP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; BGP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; OSPF.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; VLAN.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; LACP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Linux administration.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fibre networking.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Excellent troubleshooting skills.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Good documentation practices.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to independently deliver technical projects.<\/p>\n<p>**Nice to Have**<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; EVPN \/ VXLAN.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Spine-Leaf architectures.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Network automation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Python.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ansible.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Grafana.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prometheus.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zabbix.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; GPU cluster networking.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; AI\/HPC infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kubernetes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Docker.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Modbus.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; BACnet.<\/p>\n<p>**What we are looking for**<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an engineer who enjoys building infrastructure rather than simply maintaining existing environments.<\/p>\n<p>You should be comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions, designing solutions from scratch and implementing them yourself.<\/p>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to know everything.
