We are looking for a Travel Agency Clerk to join our team.<\/p>\n

Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming travel requests and bookings from our international partner agencies, primarily from the USA, Europe, GCC and CIS countries. The role also includes communication with customers and partners, coordinating transfers and other travel arrangements, managing bookings and customer information in CRM systems, and offering suitable travel and holiday products to existing partner agencies.<\/p>\n

**Main responsibilities:**<\/p>\n

– handling reservations and travel arrangements<\/p>\n

– customer service and responding to customer enquiries<\/p>\n

– communication with hotels, transport providers and other partners<\/p>\n

– preparing and processing travel-related documents<\/p>\n

– coordinating travel services and bookings<\/p>\n

– assisting with other daily travel agency operations<\/p>\n

**Requirements**<\/p>\n

– Relevant education or ongoing studies in tourism, travel or hospitality<\/p>\n

– Previous work experience in the tourism industry, including experience with a travel agency or tour operator<\/p>\n

– Experience in using CRM systems<\/p>\n

– Fluent English language skills, as the position involves regular communication with international partner agencies and customers. Knowledge of other European languages is considered an advantage<\/p>\n

– Good Russian language skills, as the position involves regular communication with Russian-speaking customers, including the coordination of transfers and other travel arrangements<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, partners and colleagues<\/p>\n

– Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel<\/p>\n

– Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to handle challenging customer and sales situations<\/p>\n

– A results-oriented approach and the ability to work in a target-driven environment<\/p>\n

– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously<\/p>\n

– Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks<\/p>\n

– Willingness and ability to travel for business when required<\/p>\n

We offer a permanent part-time employment contract with a guaranteed working time of 99 hours per three-week period. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekday mornings, Monday to Friday. The work is performed on-site at the office and is not a remote position. The hourly wage is \u20ac12.65.<\/p>\n
