Your responsibilities<\/p>\n
In this role, youll build and operate modern, long-lived systems where quality, reliability, and security are critical. Working closely with other developers, architects, product owners, and UX designers, youll deliver secure and scalable full-stack solutions, from user interfaces to backend services and deployment pipelines. Your work will support business-critical systems used daily by key market participants in a highly regulated financial environment.<\/p>\n
In this role you will<\/p>\n
Design and build modern user interfaces with focus on usability, accessibility, performance<\/p>\n
Design and develop full stack software that fulfils functional and non-functional requirements.<\/p>\n
Implement necessary APIs, integrations, data flows.<\/p>\n
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery (design -> build -> test -> deploy -> operate)<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain automated tests<\/p>\n
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of solutions<\/p>\n
Work with container platforms and Linux-based runtime environments both on-premises and in cloud.<\/p>\n
Apply engineering best practices (maintainable code, reviews, CI\/CD, documentation)<\/p>\n
Collaborate with product, UX, architecture and development teams<\/p>\n
What We Are Looking For<\/p>\n
We are looking for a generalist software developer with a strong front-end mindset, who combines technical skills with a genuine interest in user experience and quality delivery.<\/p>\n
– At least 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development (React, TypeScript)
\n– Proven ability to build high-quality, user-centric interfaces in collaboration with UX\/service designer
\n– Solid backend development skills (Java \/ Spring Boot)
\n– Knowledge of secure software development practices
\n– Experience with APIs and integrations
\n– Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright (or similar)
\n– Understanding of testing strategies and quality engineering
\n– Experience with containers and Linux runtime environments
\n– Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership-driven approach
\n– Good communication skills and fluency in English. Our working language is English. Fluency in Finnish is considered an advantage.
\n– Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n
Nice to have<\/p>\n
– Experience in financial or regulated environment
\n– Experience with CI\/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)<\/p>\n
