You will act as a key support for internal service teams and external partners to optimize end-to-end delivery and integration.<\/p>\n<p>You are offered<br \/>\n&#8211; High-Impact work: drive and improve multi-vendor IT services for an industry-leading enterprise.<br \/>\n&#8211; Professional growth: expand your expertise in SIAM, ITIL and ServiceNow within a complex IT environment.<br \/>\n&#8211; Consultant benefits: access Academic Work&#8217;s consultant benefits, including occupational healthcare and lunch deduction.<\/p>\n<p>Work tasks<\/p>\n<p>This role focuses on enabling the operational implementation of SIAM practices by supporting service teams and continuously improving multi-supplier integration and reporting.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support service teams in supplier onboarding and offboarding processes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Monitor and report service provider performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.<br \/>\n&#8211; Analyze service metrics and trends to identify cross-supplier improvement opportunities.<br \/>\n&#8211; Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support contract and supplier lifecycle management by providing performance insights and recommendations via agreed reports and build related dashboards.<br \/>\n&#8211; Build and maintain ITSM dashboards and reporting structures within ServiceNow.<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintain and support the SIAM operating model, processes, and governance structures.<br \/>\n&#8211; Participate in service reviews and supplier performance governance forums.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support the development, standardization, and enhancement of ITSM processes across all providers to optimize service delivery and integration.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and frameworks like ITIL.<br \/>\n&#8211; ITIL Foundation certification.<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience working in multi-vendor environments and complex service ecosystems.<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience in service integration, vendor management or IT governance roles.<br \/>\n&#8211; Proven ability to build reports and dashboards within an ITSM tool like ServiceNow.<br \/>\n&#8211; Excellent analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret performance data.<br \/>\n&#8211; Basic understanding of system integrations and mapping logic between platforms.<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>It is meritorious if you have<br \/>\n&#8211; Proficiency in Finnish.<br \/>\n&#8211; SIAM Foundation or Professional certification.<br \/>\n&#8211; Experience in large enterprise environments.<br \/>\n&#8211; Advanced ITIL certifications such as Intermediate or Expert level.<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:<br \/>\n&#8211; Supportive and collaborative<br \/>\n&#8211; Analytical<br \/>\n&#8211; Orderly<br \/>\n&#8211; Problem-solving<br \/>\n&#8211; Attention to detail<\/p>\n<p>Our recruitment process<br \/>\nThis recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our clients wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.<\/p>\n<p>Our selection process is continuous and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the next phase.
