In this role, you will prepare high-quality Indian and Bangladeshi dishes according to our restaurant&#8217;s recipes and quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>Duties include:<\/p>\n<p>Preparing Indian and Bangladeshi dishes, such as various chicken, beef, lamb, fish and vegetarian dishes. Preparing curries, tandoori dishes, biryani, naan bread and other traditional dishes. Preparing raw materials, seasoning and finishing dishes. Preparing and presenting buffet and \u00e0 la carte dishes. Ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene and food safety of the kitchen. Managing inventory, receiving raw materials and minimizing waste. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.<\/p>\n<p>We expect the applicant to have:<\/p>\n<p>Previous experience with Indian and\/or Bangladeshi cuisine. Good knowledge, especially in the preparation of chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes. Experience in using spices and creating authentic flavors. Ability to work efficiently even in busy times. Good ability to cooperate, take initiative and work responsibly.
