Enersense Engineering is currently looking for an **Engineering Lead** for its client in Helsinki, Finland. The position is due to start as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale brownfield tank renewal project from the feasibility phase through implementation and execution.<\/p>\n

As an Engineering Lead, you will work closely with the Project Manager and be responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring the successful progress and delivery of the project.<\/p>\n

**Main tasks and responsibilities:**<\/p>\n

– Take overall responsibility for coordinating the projects engineering activities in close cooperation with the Project Manager<\/p>\n

– Lead and coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering<\/p>\n

– Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, engineering plans and schedules<\/p>\n

– Plan engineering resources in cooperation with the relevant engineering disciplines<\/p>\n

– Lead the engineering team and allocate tasks and responsibilities<\/p>\n

– Support concept development during the pre-engineering phase<\/p>\n

– Work closely with the site organization to ensure smooth execution and resolve coordination challenges between different engineering disciplines<\/p>\n

– Coordinate engineering related to tanks, pumps, piping, valves and associated process equipment<\/p>\n

– Manage engineering documentation and report on project progress<\/p>\n

– Ensure that engineering work complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements and other applicable regulations<\/p>\n

**Requirements:**<\/p>\n

– Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering<\/p>\n

– Experience in large-scale industrial engineering projects, particularly brownfield projects<\/p>\n

– Good understanding of engineering processes, multidisciplinary engineering and local regulations<\/p>\n

– Experience in engineering planning, engineering management, front-end\/pre-engineering phases and supporting project execution<\/p>\n

– Site experience and knowledge of tanks, pumps, piping and valves<\/p>\n

– Excellent technical problem-solving, communication, leadership and coordination skills<\/p>\n

– Experience leading engineering teams and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure<\/p>\n

– English language skills<\/p>\n
