Hanken<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Business Lab now accepts applications for a COMMUNITY INTERN<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n from 14 September 2026 to 31 May 2027<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Hanken Business Lab is a startup incubator that provides growth-oriented support services to its resident startups and entrepreneurs through mentoring, events, wide international networks, community-building activities, and access to resources in both Helsinki and Vaasa.\u00a0<\/p>\n We\u2019re looking for a creative and driven Community Intern<\/strong> to join our dynamic, startup-focused team. As an intern, you will work closely with the Head of Incubation and Community to support daily operations and ongoing development of our incubation services<\/a>, L&G EPIC<\/a> (Louise and G\u00f6ran Ehrnrooth and Partners Incubation Community)<\/em>.\u00a0Your responsibilities will include\u00a0community event organising and promotion,\u00a0supporting the management of Hanken Business Lab memberships and member relations,\u00a0daily\u00a0maintenance of our co-working spaces, internal and external communications, and more.<\/p>\n We offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and international work environment where you\u2019ll collaborate with entrepreneurs, industry experts, cross-border partners, and fellow students daily. You\u2019ll gain hands-on experience in international community management, startup support operations, and event production. This internship is based on-site at our co-working spaces in Helsinki.\u00a0<\/p>\n Interns at Hanken Business Lab are considered full team members. You'll participate in team meetings, join internal planning sessions, and contribute to shaping our activities, future initiatives, and your own role<\/strong>. The working language at Hanken Business Lab is English.\u00a0<\/p>\n We are looking for a well-organised, reliable, and diligent 2nd<\/sup>-5th<\/sup> year BSc or MSc student. Applications from recent graduates (up to one year post-graduation) will also be considered. Students from Hanken will be given priority in the recruitment process. The salary is 1270 \u20ac\/month.
