Churrasco Chef \u2013 Gaucho<\/p>\n

We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Churrasco Chef** to join our team at **Gaucho**.<\/p>\n

As a Churrasco Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and grilling high-quality meats in the traditional churrasco style while maintaining Gauchos standards for taste, presentation, consistency, and food safety. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver an excellent dining experience for every guest.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

– Prepare, season, grill, and serve a variety of churrasco-style meats to the correct temperature and quality standards.<\/p>\n

– Operate and maintain the churrasco grill safely and efficiently.<\/p>\n

– Ensure consistent portioning, cooking, presentation, and quality.<\/p>\n

– Prepare meat and other ingredients before service, including trimming, marinating, seasoning, and portioning.<\/p>\n

– Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste through proper handling and preparation.<\/p>\n

– Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.<\/p>\n

– Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.<\/p>\n

– Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining high standards.<\/p>\n

– Communicate and cooperate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and the front-of-house team.<\/p>\n

– Support the wider kitchen operation when required.<\/p>\n

What Were Looking For<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate has experience working with grills, steaks, barbecue, or churrasco-style cooking and understands different meat cuts and cooking temperatures. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced professional kitchen and take pride in consistency and quality.<\/p>\n

We value reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, good communication, and a genuine passion for preparing excellent food.<\/p>\n

Previous experience as a **churrasco chef, grill chef, steak chef, or in a similar role** is preferred.<\/p>\n
