– **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders across Product Management, Projects, Production, and Service, ensuring alignment and clear communication on scope, expectations, and deliverables.<\/p>\n
– **Process & Solution Optimization:** Drive structured and transparent workflows across projects, continuously improving processes and enabling efficient and consistent delivery of automation solutions.<\/p>\n

Were looking for an experienced and driven leader with a strong technical foundation in automation and a passion for developing both people and solutions. – Have minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams<\/p>\n
– Bring a strong technical background within automation, electrical engineering, or a similar field, combined with hands-on experience in both hardware and software design<\/p>\n

– Have strong planning and resource management skills, enabling you to prioritize effectively and ensure successful project execution<\/p>\n
