If you answered yes, you might be just the person we&#8217;re looking for!<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a kitchen team leader for Vaattunki Wilderness Resort, Niva Restaurant for the winter season 2026-2027. Our resort is located in the middle of the magnificent nature of Lapland, a short distance from the center of Rovaniemi. With us, you will get to work in a unique environment as part of a professional and warm-hearted team.<\/p>\n<p>Your duties include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Supervising breakfast , lunch and ala-carte dinner<\/p>\n<p>We expect from you:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Chef training (e.g. restaurant chef, vocational qualification in food services)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience in supervisory tasks and overall kitchen management<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Excellent interaction and teamwork skills<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fluent English skills<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to organize work efficiently and work under pressure<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Courage to take responsibility and inspire the team with your example<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Valid hygiene passport before the start of employment<\/p>\n<p>Considered as advantage<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You have a good command of the cost-effective use of raw materials<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You have experience in seasonal kitchen work or seasonal management<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You are full of ideas and want to develop the customer experience<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Driver&#8217;s license and your own car<\/p>\n<p>We offer you:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fixed-term employment from the end of September, until March-April 2027 (start and end negotiable)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Working hours approx. 112,5 h \/ 3 weeks<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Affordable accommodation on behalf of the employer<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Employee benefits at all Safartica locations<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Support from supervisors throughout the term<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Competitive salary<\/p>\n<p>Interested?<\/p>\n<p>Act fast, the position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
