We are leaders in safety and sustainability, recently being ranked among the <strong>world&#039;s 100 most sustainable companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Senior HR Generalist<\/strong> to join our regional team and help shape an outstanding employee experience across many European countries from our <strong>modern Prague HQ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be a key member of our regional HR team, supporting employees and managers across Continental Europe. You will work across a broad range of HR topics\u2014from recruitment and payroll coordination to employee lifecycle management, travel &amp; expense processes, and HR &amp; AI projects.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in an international environment. It is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to further deepen their generalist HR expertise and gain exposure to the HR practices and employment specifics of major European countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#039;ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The scope, variety, and opportunities within this position are broad. We are happy to shape parts of the role around your preferred areas of interest where possible.
