Read more about us on https:\/\/company.reima.com\/._<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a<\/p>\n<p>**Digital and AI Project Specialist**<\/p>\n<p>to help turn ideas into impactful digital services and smarter ways of working. You will drive digital projects from concept to launch, working closely with business, marketing, e-commerce, IT, and external partners \u2014 and help explore how AI can create value across Reima&#8217;s digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>This role focuses on transforming business needs into reliable, scalable AI-driven solutions\u2014balancing innovation with robustness, data quality, and responsible use of AI. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building, guiding, and operationalizing AI to create practical impact.<\/p>\n<p>**What you will do**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Plan, coordinate, and manage digital development projects from idea to launch<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Translate business needs into clear project plans, requirements, and user stories<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Contribute to Reima&#8217;s AI roadmap by identifying high-impact use cases across digital growth, marketing, and operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, IT, customer service, and external partners to deliver digital solutions and customer journeys<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Coordinate testing, rollout, documentation, and training for new digital solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and communicate updates to ensure timely delivery<\/p>\n<p>**What helps you succeed**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience in digital project management, digital service development, and\/or e-commerce<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical specification, and stakeholder management<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Understanding of web technologies, integrations, APIs, digital platforms, UX, analytics, and data flows<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and generative AI applications<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Contentful, Jira, Confluence, GA4, PowerBI, or Braze is a plus<\/p>\n<p>**Why join Reima?**<\/p>\n<p>This is your chance to work where technology meets play.
