Barona Teollisuus Oy is a Finnish staffing and recruitment company that places skilled professionals in industrial and production roles across Europe. In this role, you will be working in a large, professionally managed slaughterhouse environment in Denmark, with full administrative support every step of the way.<\/p>\n

All the necessary paperwork will be handled on your behalf – including your CPR number, tax card, health insurance registration, and Danish bank account – so you can focus entirely on your work from day one.<\/p>\n

Both seasonal and permanent positions are available.<\/p>\n

Working times are 40h\/week in day shift, and 32h\/week in the evening shift.<\/p>\n

YOUR TASKS<\/p>\n

You will work as an experienced butcher in the deboning department of one of the largest slaughterhouses in Denmark. Your work is focused, skilled, and performed to a high professional standard.<\/p>\n

– You will perform shoulder deboning of pork according to established production procedures
\n– You will maintain consistent quality and precision throughout your work shift
\n– You will follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
\n– You will work as part of a professional production team in a high-volume environment
\n– You will report any irregularities or quality issues to your supervisor<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

– A minimum of two years of professional experience in shoulder deboning (pork)
\n– Demonstrated ability to work at a consistent pace in a production environment
\n– Proficiency in English or Danish – sufficient for workplace communication
\n– Willingness to relocate to Denmark for the duration of the contract
\n– Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong professional work ethic<\/p>\n

NICE TO HAVE<\/p>\n

– Experience working in large-scale industrial slaughterhouse environments
\n– Familiarity with Danish or Nordic workplace culture and practices
\n– Previous experience working abroad or in international teams<\/p>\n

WHAT WE OFFER<\/p>\n

– Hourly wage according to the collective agreement: DKK 176.10 plus a flexible benefits allowance of 12.20% = DKK 197.58 per hour.
\n– After a short accomodation period, the salary will switch to piecework, where the hourly rate will increase significantly. Can be around 3000\u20ac a month.
\n– Possibility of higher earnings depending on function and performance
\n– Flexible benefit scheme (extra pay or extra time off)
\n– Both seasonal and permanent positions available
\n– First month of accommodation provided free of charge – single rooms in shared houses or apartments, located within a maximum 30-minute drive from the slaughterhouse
\n– Assistance securing affordable car rental at approximately DKK 3,000 per month per vehicle, with the option to share costs among colleagues
\n– Full administrative support: your CPR number, tax card, health insurance registration, Danish bank account, and all other required formalities will be handled for you.<\/p>\n
