**About the Role**<\/p>\n

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to join our team at the Microsoft Data Centre construction project in Espoo, Finland. The role involves ensuring compliance with HSE standards, coordinating on-site safety activities, and promoting a strong safety culture. The HSE Supervisor reports to the **HSE Manager** and works closely with site management and subcontractors to maintain a safe workplace.<\/p>\n

**Key Responsibilities**<\/p>\n

– Monitor and enforce compliance with project-specific HSE policies, procedures, and applicable local regulations.<\/p>\n

– Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.<\/p>\n

– Ensure safe working practices, particularly in electrical and other high-risk activities.<\/p>\n

– Keep HSE documentation and records up-to-date according to project requirements.<\/p>\n

– Promote health, safety, and environmental awareness among workers.<\/p>\n

– Cooperate with the main contractors HSE representatives.<\/p>\n

**Requirements**<\/p>\n

– Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.<\/p>\n

– Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE roles within the construction or similar industry.<\/p>\n

– Knowledge of electrical safety principles \u2013 strong advantage.<\/p>\n

– Familiarity with applicable Finnish legislation and international (EU) safety standards.<\/p>\n

– Holding an Electrical Safety Card (SFS 6002), Occupational Safety Card (TTK), and First Aid certification is an advantage.<\/p>\n

– Confident computer literacy (MS Office).<\/p>\n

– Good communication skills in English and Russian \u2013 both written and spoken (required).<\/p>\n
