Ability to properly prepare and mix coating materials in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s technical data sheets and application instructions.<\/p>\n<p>2. Good knowledge of industrial painting terminology and coating application processes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ability to identify and perform different surface preparation grades in accordance with applicable industry standards.<\/p>\n<p>4. Experience using coating inspection equipment.<\/p>\n<p>5. Understanding of quality requirements for surface preparation and the application of protective coating systems.<\/p>\n<p>6.
