We continue strong growth.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are now looking for a\u00a0<strong>Technical Account Manager<\/strong> to support customers across\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>USA and Canada.<\/strong> You will focus on technical account management, customer enablement, and solution optimization. You guide customers in setting up, using, and developing their engineering environments with\u00a0Cadmatic\u00a0software. In addition, you contribute to presales activities through high-quality technical discovery and demonstrations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The role gives you a close view of customer engineering work and the chance to shape how engineers design and build with Cadmatic tools. You help customers adopt Cadmatic solutions smoothly, keep their environment stable, and find better ways of working.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be a part of the Sales team and report to our Regional Sales Director of Americas, Juan Prieto. The position is based either in <strong>Virginia, Mississippi, or Louisiana,<\/strong> and it is fully <strong>remote<\/strong> work.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0In this role, you will\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the main technical contact for assigned customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement of Cadmatic solutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Learn customer engineering workflows and advice on optimal configuration and use.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Diagnose technical issues and coordinate resolution with Product, R&amp;D, and Support.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in technical discovery for qualified opportunities and provide workflow-based technical insights to support solution positioning.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and support proof of concepts and hands-on evaluations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute technical validation and qualification before proposals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain clear technical account documentation while tracking account health, adoption levels, usage patterns, and issue logs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proactively identify technical risks and recommend actions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Share structured customer feedback with internal teams to develop our services.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What helps you succeed\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar engineering software.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Background\u00a0in shipbuilding or marine engineering supports your success in this role. Experience from industrial\u00a0plant\u00a0or other advanced engineering environments fits the role well too.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to customers and internal teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable operating in customer-facing, matrix environments.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Willingness\u00a0to\u00a0travel.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge of\u00a0Cadmatic\u00a0products or familiarity with export control environments such as EAR or ITAR is considered an asset.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Flexible working hours and remote work.
