We continue strong growth.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an <strong>Application Specialist, Outfitting<\/strong> to support our growth in the US market in <strong>Virginia, Mississippi, or Louisiana.<\/strong> You\u2019ll work <strong>remotely<\/strong> from your home office in one of these locations. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you support Cadmatic Outfitting application deployments, customer success, training, and technical consultation. You work closely with customers across the full lifecycle and report directly to the Technical Manager. You combine hands-on software work with close customer collaboration and help them get more value from their outfitting design workflows. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will work on:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Acting as the\u00a0primary\u00a0contact for customers from deployment through daily use.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Providing technical support and training so customers can adopt and use\u00a0Cadmatic\u00a0Outfitting effectively in their projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Advising customers on practical use of\u00a0Cadmatic\u00a0Outfitting in piping, machinery\u00a0layout, and outfitting design workflows.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Solving technical questions and troubleshooting complex issues in daily use.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Running training sessions both remotely and at customer sites.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Participating in the sales process as a technical software expert and delivering software demonstrations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Turning customer feedback into clear and actionable input for product development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What helps you succeed in this role:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A marine, mechanical, or shipbuilding-related background is preferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>3+ years of practical experience in shipbuilding, outfitting design, engineering, and\/or 3D CAD.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong understanding of the U.S. marine industry, with additional value placed on naval environment experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Basic programming knowledge (for instance C++) is considered a plus.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Full-time work (40 hours per week).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Flexible working hours and remote work.
