**Work tasks include, but are not limited to:**<\/p>\n

– Preparing a wide range of bubble tea, specialty drinks, coffee, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.<\/p>\n

– Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in Finnish or English (additional languages are an advantage).<\/p>\n

– Greeting customers, taking orders, operating the POS system, handling cash and card payments accurately.<\/p>\n

– Preparing ingredients, cooking tapioca pearls, brewing tea, cutting fruits, stocking toppings, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.<\/p>\n

– Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Finnish food regulations and company procedures.<\/p>\n

– Cleaning workstations, kitchen equipment, beverage machines, dining areas, storage areas, and customer facilities throughout the day.<\/p>\n

– Washing dishes and utensils, taking care of daily cleaning duties, and participating in opening and closing procedures.<\/p>\n

– Receiving deliveries, checking inventory, rotating stock (FIFO), and reporting shortages or quality issues.<\/p>\n

– Restocking ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.<\/p>\n

– Assisting with food preparation, light kitchen duties, and other caf\u00e9 operations when required.<\/p>\n

– Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high product quality and excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

– Cooperating with colleagues to ensure efficient teamwork and a positive working environment.<\/p>\n

– Following company policies, operational procedures, health & safety regulations, and supervisor instructions.<\/p>\n

– Supporting new team members during training when required.<\/p>\n

– Performing other reasonable duties related to the daily operation of the bubble tea shop.<\/p>\n

**The successful candidate should:**<\/p>\n

– Be reliable, punctual, and responsible.<\/p>\n

– Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with customers.<\/p>\n

– Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

– Be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.<\/p>\n

– Previous experience in caf\u00e9s, restaurants, fast food, or bubble tea shops is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.<\/p>\n

– The applicant must have the legal right to work in Finland.<\/p>\n

– A valid Finnish Hygiene Passport (Hygiene Pass) is required.<\/p>\n

– Possess good communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
