Because of its nature, northern lights, winter<\/p>\n<p>activities, unique cuisine and accommodation and of course Santa Claus, it is very popular among<\/p>\n<p>customers from all around the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a native level Spanish speaking Waiter &#038; Bartender to join our team in Aito Igloo<\/p>\n<p>&#038; Spa Resort.<\/p>\n<p>-2 positions<\/p>\n<p>As a Waiter and Bartender at Aito Igloo and Spa Resort, you will play a crucial role in providing<\/p>\n<p>exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality<\/p>\n<p>service in our boutique hotel setting, ensuring guests receive personalized attention and have<\/p>\n<p>memorable moments during their stay.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Welcome guests warmly upon arrival in Spanish and English.<\/p>\n<p>Escort guests to their tables and present menus.<\/p>\n<p>Provide recommendations on food and beverages, taking into<\/p>\n<p>consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences.<\/p>\n<p>Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders.<\/p>\n<p>Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure prompt delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Serve food and drinks with attention to detail and presentation.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients and preparation<\/p>\n<p>methods.<\/p>\n<p>Describe menu items to guests and answer any questions they may have.<\/p>\n<p>Suggest additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>Present and process bills accurately and handle cash and electronic<\/p>\n<p>payments efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are properly set.<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and efficient work<\/p>\n<p>environment.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Proven experience as a waiter and bartender or in a similar role.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication in Spanish and English and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of menu items and the ability to make recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.<\/p>\n<p>Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Hygiene and Alcohol Passport are a must<\/p>\n<p>If you believe you are enthusiastic and have the expected skills, send your cover letter and CV in<\/p>\n<p>PDF files tojobs@nordictravels.eu.
