You will partly work from your home office, but a big part of your work will be done at customer sites. Primary location is Vantaa. Alternatively, Tampere or Lahti may be considered with a remote setup. Other remote locations may also be considered based on the candidates qualifications. There will be travelling involved in Finland and Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will manage service contracts and handle communication between customers and the service team. You will coordinate and agree on the required service activities with both the customer and the maintenance team.<\/p>\n<p>This is a versatile role that allows you to lead service work at site as well as execute practical service work yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the role focuses on managing service agreements, including key clients in the Espoo\/Helsinki area. In addition, you will act as a project manager for service projects, including substation refurbishment and high-voltage compensation delivery and upgrade projects. Customer communication, reporting and invoicing are part of the work. The role includes also some small-scale sales and preparation of offers relating to service contracts.<\/p>\n<p>**How You&#8217;ll Make an Impact**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Providing sales and maintenance services related to power distribution<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Acting as Project Manager for service projects<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Providing high-end specialist services<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Establishing long-term customer relationships by understanding customers&#8217; needs and demonstrating in-depth technical service solutions knowledge<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Being a single point of contact for the customers<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Building trust and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers by handling and coordinating warranty jobs, ensuring continuous communication and connecting them with our sales team<\/p>\n<p>**Your background**<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 B.Sc. in electrical engineering and relevant experience with power systems or other suitable education and vast experience with power systems<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Electrical Qualification Level 1, or eligibility to obtain the required certification<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Service oriented person with solution-oriented approach<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Self-driven and persistent attitude towards challenges. You work actively and professionally both independently and as a part of a team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Basic IT skills as well as the ability to learn modernengineering applications<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 High integrity and a strong &#8220;safety first&#8221; mindset<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience from power system service \/ maintenance<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Understanding power quality, relay protection and communication is an advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Understanding the basics of substation design is seen as an advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Knowledge of commercial contracts is an advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent written and spoken skills in Finnish.
