WITRON is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join a highly automated logistics site in B\u00e5lsta.<\/p>\n

You will play a key role in ensuring high system availability, operational stability, and continuous improvement in a 24\/7 environment. You will act as a strategic partner to the Site Manager and represent Witron towards the customer.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities<\/p>\n

– Lead and develop the maintenance organization
\n– Drive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
\n– Ensure high system uptime and efficient troubleshooting
\n– Monitor and develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement (LEAN, RCA)
\n– Manage budget, resources, and cost efficiency
\n– Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulations
\n– Act as key customer contact and ensure service quality
\nLeadership<\/p>\n

– Lead, coach, and develop leaders and technical teams
\n– Drive competence development and succession planning
\n– Build a strong team culture aligned with performance and safety
\nWe are looking for someone who<\/p>\n

– Has experience leading technical operations, maintenance, or engineering teams
\n– Is analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive
\n– Has experience in automated environments (preferred)
\n– Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments
\n– Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
\nQualifications<\/p>\n

– University degree or equivalent technical background
\n– Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance or technical operations
\n– Solid understanding of mechanical and\/or electrical systems
\n– Experience with KPI-driven improvement work
\n– Ability to manage complex technical environments
\n– PLC knowledge (e.g. Siemens S5\/S7) is beneficial
